Advanced Intelligent Personal Technologies (AIPTEK) was established in 1997 and specializes in multi-function digital equipments. Aiptek is based in Hsinchu,Taiwan and started by manufacturing a line of graphical tablets.
The current line of Aiptek products includes Digital Cameras, Digital Video Cameras and several other hybrid cameras (5-in-1 or 6-in-1) . Aiptek is also known for its higher grade professional cameras that can be weather proof and water-proof.
In 2000, Aiptek launched the world’s first Pen type digital camera – a breakthrough in the micro photography segment back in 2000. At present, Aiptek is recognized for its pocket-sized camcorder.
