Canon EOS Rebel XSi
Foreword:
The Canon Digital Rebel XSi DSLR camera is an update to the older XTi with a better resolution of 12.2 megapixels and a handful of additional new features. This includes a bigger 3-inch display screen, an improved autofocus system, and optical image stabilization in its kit lens. It is also the very first Canon Rebel camera to have a Live View mode, which provides the user live preview of the subject on the LCD display before taking the shot. Though the advantages over the XTi are not outstanding, there is an improvement in image quality as it offers pictures with plenty of details and superb colors.

Final Word:
The Canon EOS Rebel XSi DSLR camera is solidly-built but not too heavy. It feels nice in the hand and feels sturdy. It is ideal for the beginner who is new in DSLR but wants to be like a pro with the strong features of this camera. If you require shooting HD video without the need of another camera, you should consider the T1i model, which has almost the same capabilities plus the video function. The Xsi is certainly a camera worth the investment.
